Scuba diving in Lanzarote at 5 meters. The dive lasts about 30-35 minutes, and you will be accompanied by an SSI instructor in small groups. But that’s not all, continue reading, since the total duration is 2 hours.
We are sure that the marine life of Lanzarote will surprise you! Its waters and marine fauna and flora make the island an ideal place to practice scuba diving. We must warn you that you will probably want to repeat!
The activity begins with a briefing on the most basic aspects of diving, training in waters close to the coast. Then we will enjoy the sea in the bay of Playa Chica.
When you arrive at the dive center we will fill out the paperwork, including a short medical questionnaire. After it is complete, your SSI instructor will give you a briefing explaining the dive and the dive you are about to take.
We will then find a wetsuit, mask, fins and boots that fit you. We’ll take a walk to Playa Chica, where we’ll put on our gear and walk through waist-deep water.
We will practice breathing and when you are comfortable we dive underwater where we will practice 3 skills with you. Then we will make a dive to 5 meters for 30 to 35 minutes.
