In addition to its rich history, the city is famous for its Los Indianos carnival, which is held every year in February and attracts visitors from all over the world. During a stroll through the streets of Santa Cruz de La Palma, you can enjoy a coffee, which has been declared the best espresso in Spain, or a guarapo, a delicious cane juice squeezed on the spot, while you discover the most important buildings, the most curious anecdotes and the most hidden corners of the city.
