Information collected
Technical server data may include IP address, browser, date, requested pages and security logs. If you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp we process the contact details and information you choose to send. Preparing an excursion may require names, party size, dates and pickup information.
Purposes and lawful bases
We respond to enquiries and prepare or perform bookings on the basis of precontractual measures or contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c); service security on legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f). Consent is obtained when legally required for marketing or non-essential technologies.
Service providers and transfers
Technical hosting (Vercel), business email, customer-chosen messaging and relevant excursion, transport or guide providers may process necessary information. International transfers, where applicable, must be covered by lawful GDPR safeguards.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the enquiry, booking, contractual relationship and applicable legal or accounting duties, then delete or lawfully restrict it.

Children
Bookings for minors should be managed by an adult; only information necessary for the activity and safety is requested.
