Hiking is a sport that involves a long walk following a specific itinerary. It is ideal for those who want to take a moment to connect with nature and fill their lungs with clean, pure oxygen.
The duration of the activity is about 4 hours. The meeting point is at 10 a.m. in order to have perfect time to walk. Generally, the transfer takes about an hour and the routes can last from 11 am to 3 pm.
To this we must add the return journey time, which is approximately 1 hour. So, the trip can last, roughly speaking, from 10h to 16h.
To rest and hydrate the body, we take a 10-15 minute break every hour, depending on how you feel, to drink water and eat a snack to get us going again.
We will also take another 30 to 40 minutes for lunch so that we can continue hiking with energy.
We know that Roque Nublo is a place full of freshness and with a pleasant climate. However, it is advisable to bring some warm clothes, shoes suitable for long walks and comfortable clothes to keep you cool or warm.
It is important to take the following points into account:

- Carry at least 2 litres of water and take good care of them!
